Effective date: October 28, 2026
Zero to One is a product of Zero to One Ministries LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Zero to One Ministries," "we," "us").
These Hub Claim Terms are an agreement between Zero to One Ministries and the churches and authorized leaders who claim a Hub on Zero to One. By claiming a Hub or accepting these terms, you agree to them on behalf of the claiming church and yourselves as authorized representatives.
1. What a Hub claim means
A claimed Hub is a teaching and community surface for a church. Claiming a Hub means Hub teaching, staff tools, and related church content must remain within the current Statement of Faith version and these Hub Claim Terms.
2. Authority to claim
You represent that you are authorized by the church to claim and administer the Hub, that information you provide about the church is accurate, and that you will keep staff access limited to people who should have it.
3. Statement of Faith alignment
Hub teaching and public church content must align with Zero to One’s current Statement of Faith. Before completing a claim, the claiming representative must affirm the Statement of Faith alignment questionnaire then in effect.
4. Heretical and out-of-SoF content
Heretical or out-of-Statement-of-Faith content is not allowed on a claimed Hub. Zero to One Ministries may take such content offline. Teaching Integrity and related review processes may hold, flag, or remove teaching that appears to conflict with the Statement of Faith or these terms.
5. Conduct and platform rules
Hub staff and content remain subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or other misuse is not allowed.
6. Suspension and revocation
A Hub claim and Hub privileges may be suspended or revoked for Terms of Service or Statement of Faith violations, for providing false claim information, or for conduct that endangers users or the integrity of the platform. If we receive a competing claim, we may verify who is authorized to represent the church and transfer the Hub to that person.
7. Church responsibility
The claiming church remains responsible for its teaching, pastoral care, and how it uses Hub tools. Zero to One Ministries provides Zero to One as the platform; it does not replace the church’s own governance or pastoral accountability.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
9. Changes
We may update these Hub Claim Terms. The version identifier on the Hub Claim Terms page is controlling. Continued administration of a claimed Hub after an update that requires re-acceptance constitutes acceptance when presented in the product.
